HOW FREE MEAL AND GYM INCREASE THE PRODUCTIVITY OF EMPLOYEE

Behind every successful organization or business, there is always leadership, strategies, marketing, a good environment and a good hierarchy system, equality, and many other activities.

The company needs to know the activity of employees which they’re performing in the absence or presence of Managers.

Working people spend half of the day in the company, so It’s very important for the organization to take care of health and take initiatives so that the employees can maintain a good lifestyle, not only the income.

Nowadays many of us suffer from stress, anxiety and fear. This include psychological, Physical and behavioral

Physical stress: Low energy, headaches, intense physical labor/over-exertion, environmental pollution, illness, fatigue, dietary stress (nutritional deficiencies, food allergies and sensitivities, unhealthy eating habits), dehydration, substance abuse, dental challenges.

Psychological stress: emotional stress (resentments, fears, frustration, sadness, anger, grief/bereavement), cognitive stress (information overload, accelerated sense of time, worry, guilt, shame, jealousy, resistance, attachments, self-criticism, self-loathing, unworkable perfectionism, anxiety, panic attacks, not feeling like yourself, not feeling like things are real, and a sense of being out of control/not being in control), and perceptual stress (beliefs, roles, stories, attitudes, world view).

Behavioral stress: Changes in appetite — either not eating or eating too much, Procrastinating and avoiding responsibilities, Increased use of alcohol, drugs, or cigarettes, Exhibiting more nervous behaviors, such as nail biting, fidgeting, and pacing.

How the free meal and gym boost the power and increase the work productivity of employees

I see a lot of people who’re working day or night making money but besides they’re not taking care of their health and not having a healthy meal and physical exercise. There are several logical reasons behind this which I found: Not having enough time for the gym or doesn’t having a good nearby restaurant to eat good healthy food while working. It could be a genuine reason.

Working 9–10 hours in a company can be hard for the person to maintain physical activity and take healthy food.

According to the study passed by Harvard business school.

The researchers calculated that men able to do more than 40 pushups had a 96 percent reduced risk of CVD events compared with those who were able to do fewer than 10 pushups.

As well as sitting 9–10 hours a day may cause an increase in the chances of several diseases. The research says every office person needs to stand up at least for 1 minute after every 20 minutes it may affect your health.

How healthy food increases productivity and changes the mood of employees. Eating healthy food decreases the working stress, and changes the way of the employee doing work in an organization. According to USA Today, simply providing free food to your employees can result in a 67% job satisfaction rate. It shows that the company is serious about creating a supportive environment for its workers.

Gym:

Everyone is a fitness freak and it’s very important for everyone who’s doing a job or business to maintain their gym life also.

Gym at offices may Reduce absenteeism and increase job satisfaction, reduce stress and increase brain power.

It’s highly beneficial for the employee if they’re getting the opportunity in the office to have a free gym. It may give advantage to employees to maintain their gym life.

Most of the well known and successful companies are putting great efforts in taking care of their employees.
